About constanza

Movement As Strength, Strength As Art.

I’m a Nashville-based Pilates instructor, creator, and founder of Studio Veda. My work blends classical Pilates roots with strength training and mobility so movement feels both intentional and powerful. As a Hispanic woman, Veda is my love letter to vida—life—and to the idea that discipline can feel like devotion, not punishment. In every session, my goal is that you leave feeling more at home in your body: strong, centered, and alive.

how it all started

From Student To Instructor To Studio Veda

I found Pilates at a time when my body felt overworked and under-supported. The more I moved, the more I realized I didn’t just want to “work out”, I wanted to understand my body and feel at home in it. That curiosity turned into countless hours in the studio, certifications and eventually into Studio Veda —a name inspired by vida, life.

Now I teach the way I needed: with equal parts precision, strength, and care.

how i Teach

01

CONTROL BEFORE INTENSITY

Before intensity, we find control. I’m rooted in classical Pilates, clean form, breath, and proper recruitment—so when we add load, your body knows what it’s doing, and build strength from that clarity.

02

STRENGTH that loves you back

Strength, the way I teach it, comes from steady progression, smart challenge, and respect for your nervous system. Sessions meet you where you are and leave you feeling worked, clear, and capable.

03

movement FOR REAL LIFE

We train for how you actually live—working at a desk, heavy lifts, traveling, moving through busy days. Mobility and core work keep your joints, posture and nervous system feeling supported not fried.

  • "Grounded, Open, and at Peace."

“This work changed the way I see myself. I used to carry tension in everything — my thoughts, my choices, even how I moved through the day. Working with Tate helped me slow down enough to actually listen to what was underneath that. She has a way of holding space that feels calm and deeply safe, and through that I’ve learned to trust myself again. I feel more grounded, more open, and more at peace in my daily life.”

  • “A Space to Breathe and Come Back to Clarity.”

“Every session with Tate feels like an exhale — a space where I can let go of the pressure to be ‘fine’ and just be honest. She listens without judgment, but also with intention, gently guiding me toward clarity I didn’t know I needed. The things we talk about linger in the best way — they shift how I respond, how I speak to myself, how I move through the week. It’s become one of the few spaces in my life that feels genuinely restorative.”

    — Client, 29

  • “She Hears What Isn’t Said.”

“Tate has an incredible ability to understand what’s beneath the surface. Sometimes I come in not even sure what I need to talk about, and somehow she finds the thread that brings it all together. She hears what isn’t said, and her way of reflecting it back is both gentle and transformative. I’ve never felt so seen without having to explain everything. This work has given me language for emotions I didn’t even realize I’d been carrying.”
